Well, now that Israel Aparthide Week has officially begun, everyone is on edge. Hopefully the week will go by quickly and without any incident. I really want to tear down the flyers they put up all over the university. What most people so not understand in university is that there is a difference between Jews and Israel. I may not support absolutly everything Israel is doing but I don’t think that Jews in general should batched together with Israel. I generally support the actions of Israel and also feel that the Palestinians should be receiving the rights they deserve. I am not educated enough on this topic to debate the issues but from what I can tell, the Palestinian problem is much larger than israel. The material I have been reading indicates that other Arab nations are treating the Palestinians worse than the Israeli state and that they are doing everything to direct attention unto Israel and away from themselves.
